Parish Enhancements

Following  consultation with residents at the Parish Assembly and the three village events, the Parish Council have been busy with some improvements to the Parish. Bulbs have been planted at four sites ( near Efford Mill at the junction of Everton Road and the A337, Tiptoe near the Church and on the Stopples Lane bank ). New picnic tables are on site at Hordle and Everton Recreation Grounds and a World War 1 Memorial bench has been ordered for the Wainsford Road / Old Christchurch Road Junction in Everton. There is now a virtual pathway and new fencing at Everton Pavilion ground.

Further projects are

  • Natural play at Acacia Open Space

  • new bins at Tiptoe and Everton

  • Pathways around Hordle and Everton Ground to be extended around the perimeter

We hope you are pleased to see the improvements which we believe make Hordle Parish a more pleasant place to live.
